Debra Oden, 31, and her son Zachariah, 4, moved from Oregon to Platte City in July. Isaiah, 14, is Debra’s first son and was adopted by Monica at birth. Debra helps out at the family business, Top Dog Yogurt & Coffee, while drumming up business for her Pixie Dust Cleaning services. Zachariah is always nearby. She is looking for a pre-K school program for Zachariah and is looking for a GED testing opportunity for herself. Debra and Zachariah are part of a unique family unit. They live with Monica and Jason in their Platte City home, along with their daughter Jenny, Isaiah, and their 5 dogs.
